2. Service Description
ListReady provides AI-powered repair scope estimates and service provider matching for residential real estate transactions. All estimates are informational and not a substitute for professional inspections or evaluations.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, verify service provider credentials independently, and not misuse the platform. You are solely responsible for hiring decisions and any agreements made with service providers.
4. Service Provider Terms
Service providers on our platform are independent businesses. ListReady does not guarantee their work, pricing, availability, or licensing status. Providers agree to maintain valid licenses and insurance as required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
ListReady is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from use of AI estimates, service provider interactions, or platform outages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on ListReady is owned by ListReady or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without permission.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Lake County, Florida.
